The concert will take place at Eva Von Bahr lecture room https://link.mazemap.com/iwUFyzR3 . It will be an evening filled with music, food and drinks, and Christmas activities; all of it starting 17:30

To sum up, this year we will have two concerts:

• First, we will have a performance from Vokalensemblen Sekund, a choir based in Uppsala that will delight us with their Christmas repertoire.
• Second, we will have an acoustic performance from the Johanna Cleve Trio. After a summer of concerts Johanna Cleve Trio reappears for you in Uppsala, bringing the warmth of the American song book to light up the more and more intensifying darkness of the top north hemisphere. With a theme of recapitulation, the songs might encourage thoughts of the – possibly soon to be for some of us – trip back home during the holidays or just thoughts of friends and family.

In the breaks of the concerts we will also have some activities, such as an improvised secret santa (you bring presents, but you do not know who will get them, which is always fun), an ugly Christmas sweater competition and other surprises.

This is a last reminder for tomorrow´s Christmas concert, brought to you by TNDR (https://tndr.se/new/ ). It will take place in Eva Von Bahrs room starting from 17:30. There will be snacks, an ugly Christmas sweater competition, and an express secret santa.

About the acts:

• First, we will have a performance from Vokalensemblen Sekund, a vocal ensemble based in Uppsala that formed in 2015. Together they sing a wide range of repertoire including jazz, pop and folky choral arrangements. In particular, we enjoy vocal ensemble repertoire such as Pentatonix and The Real Group. For the concert we will sing traditional Christmas and Lucia music as well as some more modern winter and Christmas music.
• Second, we will have an acoustic performance from the Johanna Cleve Trio.
