Dear Ph.D. Students,

Due to high interest in our ski trip, the bus for March 2nd is already full! But don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! We’ve added a second trip to Romme Alpin on Sunday, March 9th, 2025, and you’re invited! Whether you’re a seasoned skier or a first-timer, this is a great chance to enjoy the snow, fresh air, and good company. Plus ones are welcome—bring a friend along!

🏂 Equipment Rental:

  • Ski Package: 195 SEK (Skis, boots, poles & helmet)
  • Twin Tip Package: 270 SEK
  • Snowboard Package: 225 SEK

🥙 Outdoor Lunch Options (75 SEK)

  • Hamburger Meal: 90g hamburger with bread, fries, and a drink.
  • Pasta with Meat Sauce: Includes salad and a drink.
  • 2 Waffles with a drink.
    (The same lunch coupon applies to all options—you can choose your meal on-site!)

New to Skiing? Join a Beginner Lesson!

Want to learn the basics? We’re offering beginners a one-hour group ski lesson covering essential techniques like turning and stopping.

  • Limited to 10 spots—sign up fast!
  • Cost: Covered by TNDR
Extra Spots Available: Although we are covering the first 10 spots, we can add more beginner lesson groups if needed. Each extra group can have up to 10 participants and costs 390 SEK per group (this cost will be shared among the group). If you’re interested in an extra spot, please let us know! Once the covered ski lesson is full, we will reach out to those who showed interest and arrange the additional lessons.
