Bastu Bastu! After Canoeing and ICE-BREAKER we follow up with the real ICE BATHING experience.
The saunas are booked and the weather is getting colder and colder. With this, we’re inviting you to an unforgettable nordic experience in Fjällnora naturreservat on Saturday, December 6th.
Plan for the day:
- Meeting Point: Uppsala C (Uppsala) Läge C2 at 10:15 to take the bus 809 direction Knutby. The bus leaves 10:31 from C2.
- From Fjällnora vägskäl we will do a 30 min hike to Fjällnora naturreservat.
- The saunas are booked from 11:45 on. We are hoping for an icy lake to take a dip.
Around 2pm we will head back to Uppsala over the same hike+bus route.

- warm and dry clothes, warm shoes
- towel and swimming clothes

- bus ticket – you can get it on the UL app or directly in the bus
