17h00 Food is served!

17h30 beginning of the nametag game & brain games

18h00 to 18h30 Quiz time!

19h15 end of the nametag game

Food: what to expect?

Sandwiches things, chips and dips, soda...

Games: what are the games you talk about?

  • Nametag game > team game where a nametag is attached to your back and people from your team should make you guess your name
  • Brain game > solo, riddles to solve without google!
  • Quiz >team, questions on Sweden, Swedish things and Swedes

The TNDR (PhD student council) organize its first event of the new academic year!

You are warmly invited the Friday 27th of September 2013 at 17h00 in Ångström Laboratory, lunchroom 14167 (Hall 1, Floor 4, room 167).

To the menu: salted fika (chips, canapés, etc.) & little games (solo and teams)!

Come to test your knowledge on personalities, scientists and Sweden =)

Come alone, with your fellow PhDs, your post-doc', your master students... well, just come!!

The team games will start at 17h30, so if you want to participate, arrive in time ;).

On the 17th of October KTH-Sustainability and a group of PhD students at KTH is organizing a PhD student dialogue on sustainability:

The overall theme is: How to promote a sustainable Stockholm urban and regional development? We are now inviting PhD students from several universities in the region to participate in the dialogue. The purpose of the day is to offer doctoral students the opportunity to discuss sustainable development from different perspectives and to extend their network with students at other universities - something that can generate new collaborations in the future.

PhD students from the following universities are invited:
- Stockholm University – including Stockholm Resilience Centre
- Södertörn University
- Karolinska Institutet
- Uppsala University
- SLU Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences
- Stockholm School of Economics
